Participants will have the opportunity to connect, replenish, reduce stress and engage in self-care and team-care in order to foster individual and collective resiliency. Through self-assessments, group discussion, interactive coaching, journaling and action planning – participants will learn practical tools for managing stress, preventing burnout and staying connected to the meaning and value of their work, while fostering peer support and well-being within the workplace.
